The roads to the property were so narrow that a seven-seater car couldn’t get through. After we arrived, they refused to give us the two rooms we’d booked online, saying the hotel was full. After a lot of arguing, they arranged a room at another, very bad hotel. They said online bookings meant we had to contact customer care, but the customer care line left us on hold for hours without resolving anything. The staff were highly unprofessional and seemed to take advantage of the fact that tourists have few options. There are very few reviews despite the property being old, and I later found what seemed to be a pattern of changing the property name after collecting lots of negative reviews.

We paid in advance after booking, but when we arrived they said the rooms were full. They were double-booking, then offered to send us to another cheap property if we agreed. When we refused, the receptionist casually said customer care would arrange a different hotel. They seemed to assume we’d accept because we had no choice at the last minute. We waited outside the property for two hours before escalation finally got us moved elsewhere. A terrible experience.

We arrived at night with a child and two senior citizens, but they refused to give us a room. They’re cheaters. The hotel location didn’t feel safe either. Never book here.

They said there were no rooms when we arrived, refused to cancel the booking, and wouldn’t answer customer care calls. Pathetic behaviour.
