I paid in full through clear trip.com for a late check-in room for my cousin and her mother. They arrived at 10pm ist, but the hotel said there was no booking, no tie-up with clear trip, and no vacant rooms. I begged them to give the women a room at 10:30pm. They said they'd have to check out at 5:30am the next morning, and after trying, they allocated a room that way. cleartrip had told me they had informed the hotel about the booking. I thought of calling the police, but I had no artifact. This was a terrible incident. I've never seen a hotel so far below standard.

The washrooms seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in months, and the TV didn't work. I paid ₹1,400 through MakeMyTrip, but the man at reception treated me as though I were staying for free.

For the price, this was a really bad experience. The room and services weren't maintained at all.

There was dust everywhere, and even the cup and bucket were dirty. When I raised it with the Operations Team, they said they usually give these things to all guests. The room also had ventilation problems. I booked through Agoda. Com, and the lack of cleanliness made for a very bad experience. Based on my own stay, I wouldn't recommend this property.
