The Muthoot Plaza

We were five adults staying across three rooms, and all of us had a lovely time. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the restaurant staff were so friendly and checked that everyone was happy with their meals. The food was great, though the buffet dinner was extremely expensive. When we mentioned we were having trouble finding particular spices, the general manager even arranged a car so some of us could go buy them. The staff really went above and beyond. We'd definitely come back.

The dining was excellent, and the hospitality made my recent stay memorable. It’s rare to find service and food that both feel so good. A special shout-out to Front Desk Staffs Abhirami, Sona, Arun for their professionalism and warmth. They were so helpful. Huge thanks to the Hilton Garden Inn Team. I’ll definitely come back.

I made good use of the gym and swimming facilities. The gym had more equipment than I usually see in hotel gyms, and it was better than I expected. Room service replenished four 500ml bottles of water every day, with more bottles available in the gym too. Duty Manager Bhagyalaxmi was especially helpful, along with the reception colleagues. I can't remember the male duty manager's name, unfortunately. The staff were very accommodating, the food had plenty of variety, and I appreciated all the smiles during my stay. It was a great experience.

If I'd known how lovely it would be, I would've booked more than one night. I really regret making the stay so short. The hotel's beautiful design, delicious food, and the warmth I felt from every staff member made it memorable. I'll definitely want to return on my next visit to trivandrum.
