Temple View Residency

The calm setting and easy location made this a lovely stay, and the staff were helpful and courteous. We stayed in one of the huts, which had AC and an attached treatment room. The doctors and everyone else were caring, and the Ayurvedic massage centre was excellent. The owners are kind, too. They also own BETHEL HOUSE BOATS. We enjoyed the scenery and the peaceful time with family, and hope to return someday.

BETHEL HOUSE BOATS made our Kerala trip memorable. The cruise through the beautiful Alleppey backwaters was amazing, and I loved the seafood. Kerala food is really WOW. Mr.Johnson Joseph, the houseboat owner, shared useful information about places to visit, and I’ll surely come back. Thanks BETHEL Team. The residency itself is lovely, quiet, and clean, a nice break from busy city routines. The rooms are especially clean and beautiful, and the hospitality adds to the relaxed feel. I also had an excellent Ayurvedic massage. The masseur was well trained, it helped with my body numbness, and I felt relaxed and free of daily stress afterward.

We spent a day on one of their traditional houseboats, and every part of the trip was memorable. The traditional style was especially lovely, though I can't pick just one thing as the highlight. The room was clean and very nice, the price was reasonable, and the friendly staff did their best to make our stay pleasant. They also own BETHEL House Boats.

The rooms smelled bad, there was no hot water, and promises weren't kept. On top of that, the service was very poor and the person we dealt with, Manish, was the rudest person I met in Kerala. I wouldn't recommend this residency to anyone hoping to have a good time in Allepy.
