Mr. GAUTAM and the hotel owner, when I visited before, the room we were given was good. This time my senior citizen in-laws got a really bad, damp room for the same price, and they wouldn’t refund us. There was no humanity shown to existing customers. If you had any heart, you wouldn’t have put elderly people in that room, perhaps thinking they wouldn’t speak up. I’d rate your behavior zero.

The room was neat, clean, and spacious, with complimentary breakfast. Tambaram Railway Station is within walking distance. There’s an in-house restaurant, plus lots of eateries nearby.

We had a family room with an attached living room and balcony. The rooms, general cleanliness, location, and price are all praiseworthy, and the complimentary breakfast buffet is good. We’ve stayed here whenever we visited Chennai to see our son during his four years of graduation at VIT. The main drawback is that the restaurant isn’t open around the clock. There’s little or no lunch and dinner service.

The checkout process took very little time. Staff, especially at the front office, were very good and behaved well. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, and the rooms and service were excellent. A very good experience.
