We booked and paid in advance, but after they refused to let us stay as an unmarried couple, which I understand may have been against their policy or religious beliefs, they gave the room to someone else. When we returned asking for stag entry, they said they had no room. Front office guy Abdul said he'd give us the room by evening when I asked for a refund, but we didn't believe it would happen. We shortened the trip and cancelled all our plans. We spent 3-4 hours at the front desk trying to resolve it, then customer care denied all the events, saying we'd never shown up or told the hotel anything. The front office staff were unprofessional and seemed stuck in the 60s. The hotel is beside a slum area, and the location isn't a great spot or anything like the profile shows. I wouldn't go there with female members of the family. The staff look at you in a very judgmental way. If you're booking as a couple, I'd recommend another hotel. Horrible experience, and Abdul was a big liar. Read the reviews and you'll get your answers.

We picked this hotel because it's close to the Mahalaxmi Race Course. The location is one of the best things about it, but the place is under renovation, and for the price, don't expect much. Our stay was fine. The area didn't seem very suitable for families, probably better with friends.

The deluxe room was very small, and there were no facilities. The staff weren't cooperative and didn't know how to speak properly. Don't go there.

The price doesn't match the facilities, so it's poor value for money. I was overcharged and nobody took responsibility when I raised it. The hotel management needs serious improvement. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The lift wasn't working, and the AC wasn't working either. For the prices they charge, I don't think the room is worth choosing. Most of all, the way reception treated us was unacceptable. We're customers and shouldn't be treated like that.
