The food was a hit with all our guests, and the service was prompt. We recently celebrated a birthday here, and Vikas and the team, coordinated by Chand, kept everything running smoothly and professionally from start to finish. Chand took care of the details and made the event easy and enjoyable for us. Thanks to Vikas, Chand, and the whole team, including Armaan, hasmukh, baseer, for making the occasion memorable. Highly recommended for family celebrations and events!

Dragonfly Hotel Mumbai was clean, comfortable, and well managed, with a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. Arman shaikh deserves a special thanks for being so polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Staff like him made the stay more memorable. I'd happily visit again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality. 😊

Breakfast was awesome, and it was great to have something quick to eat before heading out for the day. The hotel is just a short ride from the airport, and the staff were responsive about airport pickup and drop off. They were also very helpful with any issues we had. The room was fairly clean and comfortable, with the basic things you'd expect from hotels back in the States, like towels and toiletries. They also supplied sealed water bottles. You can hear some outside noise, but that's bound to happen in a big city.
