Sleep was impossible with a nearby pub blasting music until 2-3 AM. I had headaches both nights after getting virtually no rest. The management was extremely poor, and there was no comfort or service. We paid for breakfast but got only 2 cold idlis and 2 vadas at 8:30 AM. They gave the ridiculous excuse that breakfast isn't available this early in Mumbai, even at 8:30 AM. The basic amenities weren't as promised either: just a toothbrush and toothpaste, then two Medimix soaps after we asked. There was no hot water unless we called to have the geyser turned on, and then waited 15 minutes each time. Don't stay here under any circumstances.

It's a decent hotel with comfortable rooms that suit two people. The airport is very close, about 10 minutes from Mumbai airport. The main downside is that there aren't any good places to eat nearby.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and well kept, and the staff were attentive and polite. Getting to the hotel near Andheri East airport was convenient. I found it good value for money and would recommend it for a business trip or a couple's stay.

Ratana Mahal isn't somewhere I'd recommend. The food was awful and not fresh, and in the morning the first thing you come across is cockroaches.

The loud DJ at night may bother some people, so book with that in mind. I was on the 4th floor and it didn't affect me much. They also don't allow visitors in the rooms. My room and bathroom were airy, clean and well maintained, including the linen. I paid a reasonable rate and really enjoyed the stay. It felt like a good hotel and was worth the money. I'd happily come back and recommend staying here. It deserves a 4+ star rating.
