There’s no wifi, and the corridor lights don’t work, leaving it dark. The rooms were crawling with cockroaches, with water seepage on all the walls and an AC drain leaking inside. Sheets were torn and smelled bad, pillows had no covers and dirty patches, and even the cot was uncomfortable. Staying here felt like a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend it even for free. Hotels like this should be blocked.

The location is good, but the maintenance was the worst I’ve seen. I’ve stayed here several times and reported the problems, yet nothing has been done. When I entered during the third week of February, 2027, cockroaches were all over the bed and room. The bathroom was dirty too, and mosquitoes were coming from it. I paid around 1400 per day, and it wasn’t worth it at all.

I had to leave at 7 AM because the second room they gave me had no water. They moved me there at 1:30 AM after the first room turned out to be dirty and had rats and cockroaches, plus a water heater I couldn't use. Before that, the overflowing bins and rats near the entrance had already made a terrible impression. I told the receptionist, who asked me to wait five minutes, then never came back and said he needed to sleep. I had to call the manager twice before anyone responded. OYO support was no help either. They kept sending the same automated email saying “we tried reaching you,” and on calls they put me on hold, then claimed they couldn't hear me. It was an extremely unprofessional and disappointing stay.

I checked out first thing the next morning. This was meant to be a budget stay for a three-day seminar nearby, and check-in at 11 PM went smoothly, but what I found in the room was awful. When I switched on the light, dozens of cockroaches scattered across the bed and floor. I was exhausted and couldn't face asking for another room so late, but I couldn't sleep in the bed either, so I spent the night sitting in a chair. In the morning, cockroaches were crawling around the bathroom wash basin as well. Holes in the walls had been stuffed with tissues, and a used, dried condom was stuck near the exhausted window. It looked like it had been there for who knows how long, and made me feel sick. This was a failure of basic hygiene, safety, and guest dignity. A cheap room shouldn't come at the cost of health and cleanliness. The room wasn't fit for guests, and I left feeling disgusted and violated. I won't return or recommend it.
