Avoid this place. I would give it zero stars if I could. The listing says there's parking, but they tell you to leave your vehicle beneath a nearby bridge. We booked online, then were told the room wasn't available. We waited almost an hour while they kept repeating that, though they said they could arrange a room if we paid them directly. While we were waiting for the travel portal to clarify the booking, several people, apparently couples, checked out at a time that wasn't a regular checkout hour. It gave me the impression the hotel gets hourly guests.

The lift wasn't working, the AC was broken, and the rooms were dirty, with stains on the linen from who knows what. When I asked for fresh linen, they said they had none. They don't even provide bottled water, just tap water poured into bottles and brought to the room. The receptionist scammed me into paying much more than I had paid online, and the room service was the worst I've ever had. Never coming back.

There was no phone service, and with the lift out of order I had to walk down from the second floor whenever I needed something. Hardly any staff were around, and the place clearly seemed poorly managed and maintained. The bedsheets were stained, they tried to explain it away as “safe chemicals,” the pillow cover was torn, and the AC didn't work. Hygiene, comfort, and service were all lacking. One of the worst stays I've had, and I'd tell others to avoid it.

The rooms smelled of liquor and smoke, as if people had been smoking and drinking in them just before we arrived. We asked for room freshener, but they didn't spray any. The linens were stained and very dirty, and staff ignored repeated requests to change them and clean the rooms. They weren't courteous, and looked like goons. The place felt shady, seemed to be used for other kinds of activities, and looks nothing like the website photos. They seem very money minded. We booked four rooms in Chennai, and there were zero amenities. One room had no wash basin, all the bathrooms were dirty, and none of the rooms had a heater. The lifts and TVs didn't work, and there was no nearby restaurant for refreshments. The whole place was terribly maintained. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The same management runs Treebo Trip Majestic Inn and is cheating people too. Highly un-recommended.
