The food was good and delivered to the room, and the family room I booked made for a pleasant stay. The rooms felt like good value for what I paid. Booking through their website got me free early check-in, which was a big plus, so don’t use third-party apps if you want that feature. Robert was patient and a great host. I’d recommend the place for families.

The hotel is only 8 minutes from the airport, and room service was a real plus since there weren’t good hotels nearby. I had a surprisingly good dosa, choosing to avoid the non-veg options. The helper boys were very helpful, though the manager wasn’t as much. I only needed a room for about 6 hours, but despite the online offer of a free airport drop-off, he charged me for it. He said the free drop-off required booking through their website, which didn’t sit right with me, and charged the full rate for a single A/C room. The taxi driver took me through alleyways and crowded roads to get there. It had a bit of character, I guess. The room was okay, with basic cleanliness, but the bath towel hadn’t been washed properly. The bathroom was adequate. With better attention from management, basic cleaning, and some sprucing up, this could be a good stop for a long layover. It was certainly an experience.

The bedsheets and bathroom were well maintained, and the housekeeping staff did very well. The hotel is conveniently near the airport, with good service from the staff. Manager Mr Rabert was a good person. GRE Mr.Ajith communicated well, took responsibility, and coordinated with all the guests.

At Zingles Stay Hotel, the staff responded quickly and thoughtfully whenever I asked for something. My room was clean and comfortable, and I liked having the option of food from the Bistro brought to my room or eating outside on the upstairs terrace. The price was good too. I was very satisfied with my stay.
