After a long journey, I arrived with a room already booked through Trip.com, but they wouldn't let me check in. No one gave me a proper explanation when I asked. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and seemed uninterested in hearing my concerns. Management also appeared not to care about providing proper service. The whole experience left me extremely dissatisfied, and based on what happened, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We cancelled as soon as we went up one floor. It felt like a dungeon, the sort of place I'd expect to cost 300 rs. The pictures are fake, and I agree with the other reviews. Worst place to sleep.

They charged the full price without telling us during booking that the TVs were missing. Later they said renovations were underway, so none of the rooms had TVs. The rooms were unclean, and there was no heater either. Worst experience.

I was riding around the area and stopped by to see the place in person. Thankfully, I hadn't booked online. When I got there, it was already closed down. I was disappointed to learn it no longer existed.

This has to be one of the worst places. Better off sleeping on the street. Please cancel this stay-in.
