Hotel Grand Parkway

The staff were accommodating and tried to help, but the hotel itself is in poor shape. The room was stuffy and smelled, the sheets had stains, and there were cockroaches. Even the drinking glass was stained. I don't know how it has so many ratings, so read through them before booking. I thought it was rated well and regretted coming. The payment is non-refundable. Please avoid.

For a low-budget stay, it's alright. I paid 2700 rupees for the room. The bed and everything else were superb, and the heater worked, so taking a bath was fine. The smell inside the room wasn't for me, though it may be okay for someone else. At night the wedding hall directly across the street was really loud while I was bathing. The staff were very good and helped us with everything. It would've been useful to have a wash basin outside the bathroom, and the water pressure at the bathroom basin was low. Still, it was okay overall.

Avoid staying here. The bathrooms weren't clean, and the heater wasn't working properly. They didn't even provide basics like a towel, tea or coffee sachets, or toothpaste.

I'm an elderly person, and at 11 pm I asked the night receptionist for drinking water three times. He still didn't bring any. The night reception staff don't care about guests.
