My first experience with OYO was a bitter one. I arrived in Chennai around 1 am, after booking and paying for a hotel in advance, only to have the property manager tell me the booking was cancelled. Such an irresponsible manager. Don't book through OYO.
The property is well maintained, though it could be more professional. Finding it as an OYO is difficult because there's no OYO logo or directions to the building outside. It's right beside Don Bosco school in Egmore, Chennai.
It felt more like staying at home than at a hotel, with a setup that's almost a homestay. The people had a helpful attitude and gave great customer service. They served homemade food in the morning. Thank you, OYO!
I was there for work, and the place was really good and neat. Fully furnished, with awesome rooms. It feels more like a home than a hotel.
Breakfast is complimentary, and the staff were courteous, with round a clock service. A very nice, beautiful place, and the rooms were clean. 😊
