The cook aunty makes great food, and the rooms and toilets are clean and nice. It's a pleasant place for a family hangout, with a nice ambience. It's behind the police station, so there's less worry about thieves and security. Hot water is only available in the morning, from 7 to 10. The caretaker uncle is very strict and quiet, but he leaves you alone as long as you stay within the limits.

People can decide for themselves whether to take a chance on your place, but the families who visit have written the facts and will keep leaving honest reviews. If you think they're stupid for doing that, you should maintain a good standard. Your cook tells guests to order food from outside, following your own instructions. You shouldn't reply with made-up stories to defend yourself and make yourself look godly. If you're honest with yourself, accept when you're wrong. If you want to know who I am, check your register, if you even do.

For a family group of 10-12, this is good value for money, as long as you know what you're getting. The bedrooms are basic, and the food is simple and homely. Breakfast is usually Upma or Poha, with no other options. Lunch and dinner come with rice, chapati, salad, and either fish or chicken gravy, or veg sabji and dal. The caretaker is humble and helpful, but meal times are strict. Breakfast is served at 930 even if you get up at 1030 ;). You can chill drinks in their kitchen refrigerator until 10pm, then the caretakers lock up the kitchen for the night. Also, ground floor and first floor rooms are separate packages. Booking the ground floor doesn't include the first floor or terrace.

I haven't stayed there, but after reading the comments, the owner comes across as very argumentative. A little humility instead of small-minded bickering would leave a much better impression on people reading the replies.
