The experience didn't match the Taj name, marketing, or premium prices. I expected a luxurious homestay with exceptional service, better amenities, and a memorable visit. Instead, service was average, without the attention to detail or hospitality I'd expect from a luxury property. The food was ordinary too, and didn't justify the high charges. It felt like a standard property that should cost significantly less. I chose Taj – amã Stays & Trails, Alibag – Kihim Courtyard because I trusted the Taj brand, and I'm deeply disappointed that it fell short.

The staff were amazing, cooperative, and quick, but there are no intercoms in the rooms and mobile reception is poor around the property. May was too humid. It would be great in winter or rainy weather, but in summer there are only ACs in the rooms and no fans. They should provide fans or coolers at least for the summer.
