Gatsby House by Vista Rooms

We had small children with us, and the staff were okay with serving us stale cheese and food after the kitchen fridge stopped working. The AC also broke down in the middle of the night in multiple rooms. When we contacted management, they wouldn't answer our calls. Instead, they messaged the villa staff not to bother fixing anything, saying, " THEY HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED FULL PAYMENT FROM US ". We paid a huge amount in advance as requested, and this isn't the service I expected. It was a scarring experience. I'd never go back or trust STAY VISTA. Don't book this villa.

With my joint family of 24, Gatsby House was a great fit for a large group. I've stayed in many luxury villas while travelling, and this is one of the best. The villa is gigantic, with lots of space, lovely views from every room, and beautiful bathrooms. The rooms were exactly what I wanted. From arrival onward, the staff made everyone feel special. The caretaker was always smiling, and the cook was friendly and made delicious food. Having tried almost all the five-star properties in India, I thought this was the best food so far. They also have barbecue for evening snacks, and you can discuss your tastes with the cook. Thanks to Vista Rooms for arranging the villa just as we wanted. Bravo for the property and service. I'll stay at Gatsby Villa again for sure.

We had our film crew off site here and had a great time, mostly by or in the pool. It's a good place for a big crowd. The ground floor is a huge common area without AC, while the other two floors have neat, clean rooms with AC and big bathrooms.

The property felt very run down, and I had a horrible experience. The fridge didn't work on the first day, and the AC kept tripping, so we had to change rooms repeatedly. Staff weren't cooperative when we complained. The food was very average. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.
