What stood out most at Maple Ivy was how thoughtfully the team looked after my family. Mamta and Poonam at reception helped me through the room booking, and Ashish, the night manager, got anything we needed to the room within minutes. When my child needed extra towels, housekeeping brought them in five minutes. Amar made sure our food orders arrived correctly and promptly, and the staff quickly arranged a chair and utensils for our child. Even the watchman hurried over to help with parking. The service felt warm from the moment staff saw us, and they did their best to sort out any discomfort quickly. The place was spotless throughout our stay, with clean, well-kept rooms, a tidy indoor pool and a good play area. The food was hygienic, and Saffron is a premium restaurant worth eating at at least once. The food was amazing, and both the chef and waiting staff took care to serve us well and on time. Maple Ivy may be a four-star hotel, but the service felt like seven stars. The team made our family stay happy and comfortable, and I'm planning to come back to Alibaug and stay here again. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a luxurious, hassle-free stay. The staff even couriered my lost item to my home within a day, then checked that it had arrived safely. Five stars, and I wish I could give more. As someone else mentioned in an earlier review, they bring back an era of great hospitality.

Mamta at reception was so polite and professional, and she helped us check in early. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help, and we had a really lovely stay at Maple Ivy Alibaug. Our room was clean, comfortable, and hygienic. Breakfast came with fresh fruit and juice and plenty of choices. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay and service.

The check-in was easy, and the staff were helpful throughout, especially Mamta Madam, who was always ready to assist. My room was spacious, clean, and in good shape. It was a comfortable, relaxing visit, and I'd be happy to come back.

I especially appreciated Mamta Madam at reception. She was very kind and supportive, and arranged an early check-in that made a real difference. The rest of the staff were courteous and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed dinner at Saffron, the in-house restaurant. The food was good, and the restaurant team were polite and attentive. The pool was also a lovely, well-kept place to unwind. Our room was very clean and well maintained, with the amenities we needed. The centralized AC worked well, and the bathroom had good water pressure. The TV is a 32-inch set connected to a set-top box, not a smart TV, which was fine for us. Hotel Maple Ivy is around 4 km from the beach, in a spot that's neither too close to the main road nor too far inside. It worked well for our trip to Varsoli. We had a wonderful stay, and I'd recommend the hotel.

We had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Maple Ivy Resort in Alibaug, and I'd recommend it to families or anyone taking a short getaway. It's in a convenient area near Varasoli and Alibaug beaches, with nearby facilities and attractions easy to reach. The property was clean, the staff were courteous, and Ms. Mamta at the front desk was especially helpful, making sure we got prompt assistance. Families with kids will appreciate the large swimming pool, and there's also an in-house restaurant serving good food.
