We had a very disappointing stay, and there are better managed hotels nearby. The water supply stopped three times in the four hours we were there. The place wasn't clean, so we had to get it cleaned again. There was no intercom in the room, which meant repeated trips to reception, and commitments made at booking were denied when we arrived. Staff were discourteous and unprofessional. They charged extra for an early checkout despite the bad experience, justifying it by saying we'd sat at reception before check-in. That was unreasonable, just a looting attitude.

Mosquitoes in the room made it hard for my family and me to sleep, and the water supply kept coming and going, so we couldn't reliably use the shower or sink. We wanted to check out after just a few hours because the water had stopped, but they asked us to pay half the total bill. The staff then started behaving like hooligans with my family. We stayed briefly at Hotel Nirvana, and both the service and room conditions were unacceptable. Staff behavior was poor from the start, with little professionalism or courtesy. Requests for help were often met with indifference, and the overall atmosphere felt very unwelcoming. Be very careful before considering this hotel.

Hotel Nirvana was an easy place to reach, close to the market, and I had a relaxing, comfortable stay. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were polite, helpful, and quick and professional with requests, always ready to assist with a smile. Thanks to the management for making the visit so pleasant. I'd highly recommend it to anyone coming to Alibaug.

I've returned to Hotel Nirvana, Alibag for a second visit with friends, this time booking three rooms. It's a dependable, good-value place, with clean, spacious rooms and prompt service. The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the stay comfortable. Strongly recommended.

It was quiet and nicely decorated, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, the bed was very cozy, and everything we needed was there. I'd definitely stay here again.
