We came all the way from Pune, but the staff offered no help when they said they had no record of our booking and no tie-up with Cleartrip. I'd booked through Cleartrip seven days ahead, paid in full, and had a confirmation invoice. They told us to contact Cleartrip for a refund. The owner rudely said, “Tum tumhara dekh lo, we don’t have any rooms.” Then we watched rooms go to bachelors for a higher price, even though we were willing to pay extra. The whole plan was ruined by poor coordination and extremely unprofessional behaviour. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Dhananjay looked after us like family, and the service, food, and ambience were all awesome. Everything was clean too. We had both breakfast and dinner here, and we'd love to come back soon!

Our online booking was cancelled by the hotel even though we'd paid in advance. No reason was given. This happened on 25 Jan 2026. I understood that the public rush may have been heavy, and it seemed the management might have released the booking at short notice to make more profit.

The food was tasty and affordable, and the rooms were clean with plenty of amenities. The rooms and service were excellent too. It's 2.5 km from both Alibaug and Varsoli beaches.
