The elderly owner couple were warm and friendly, and the staff were very polite. It's a simple, family-friendly hotel with reasonable prices, within walking distance of Alibaug beach and close to the city's main sights. ATMs, chemists, and well-known restaurants are nearby too. They offer breakfast, tea, and coffee, and the Poha was superb.

Fine for one night in the dorm, especially for bachelors. There are 25-30 beds on the floor, with an attached bath and toilet and hot water. The beach is a five-minute walk away.

Good restaurants are easy to reach from here, and the beach is only a 7-10 minute walk. The hotel is right in the middle of Alibaug town, so it's a convenient place for friends, families, or small groups staying a day or two.

The Maharashtrian thali was delicious, especially the steamed modak, which is the standout. We pre-booked lunch for a group of 90+ people, and they handled the large group well. The restaurant was very clean and hygienic. Parking is limited, but it's close to the beach, market, and Mayoor bakery. A good quick beach stop for a vegetarian family.
