Hotel Krishna Regency by Treebo

The reception staff were professional, and when a sewage-like smell started coming from the bathroom on the second day, they helped us move to another room. The maintenance wasn’t good, though, and the rooms were unclean, with hair on the mattresses.

I had a great stay. The hotel felt welcoming, and it was neat and well maintained.

For a short stay or business trip, Treebo Krishna is an economical choice. It isn’t luxurious, but the rooms are comfortable and decently maintained, with good air conditioning, clean bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and basic amenities. The complimentary breakfast is modest but satisfactory. The staff are courteous and responsive, making check-in and service easy. Its convenient location near major attractions and transport hubs is another plus. Pleasant and reliable, with good value for money.

The hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes throughout, including in the lobby, where I saw cigarette butts lying around. The room was dirty, and the bedsheet and quilt cover weren’t clean. There was no proper lock on the bathroom door. They’d tried fixing it with cello tape, but I couldn’t lock it from inside, which was very uncomfortable. I asked staff to clean the room, but they said nobody was available and cleaning staff would only come in the morning. They weren’t responsive and didn’t seem to care about our concerns. The poor cleanliness, staff attitude, and overall environment made this one of my worst hotel experiences. Families should not stay here. I wouldn’t recommend booking unless you’re ready to take a risk.
