Hotel Park View Mumbai

The welcoming, polite staff made the stay feel home-like, and were cooperative throughout. Hotel Park View is affordable and good value, with clean, hygienic rooms and common areas that are well kept. For a budget hotel, the cleanliness and comfort are impressive, and I felt it was a safe place to stay. A solid option for families, business travelers, or solo guests. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with modern amenities. The care they put into cleanliness and comfort really stood out. Staff were warm, attentive, and polite, and always ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay.

We booked three rooms a month ahead, and the hotel required full payment in advance. When my family, friends, and I arrived, they put our rooms on different floors. That was really annoying, and after a lot of arguing and asking, they did nothing to help. Since they'd already been paid, it felt like they simply didn't care. We also asked room service and staff to help adjust the bedding in one room, but they ignored us. They acted as if letting us stay in their so-called hotel was a favor. One of the worst experiences of our trip.

The manager was rude and insulting when we asked about an extra-person charge. We'd booked a Standard room for two. My mother stayed for two days, my father was leaving that evening, and I was taking his place. We explained this at check-in, and there were never more than two people in the room. Even so, the hotel charged us for an “extra person.” Instead of sorting it out, the manager made sarcastic comments to my father about how his son might come today, then his sister, then his aunt. That was disrespectful and showed a complete lack of hospitality and integrity. Guests shouldn't be mocked or exploited. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
