The greenery around the villa made it feel peaceful and refreshing, and the pool was clean, spacious, and great for time with friends and family. There was plenty of privacy, too. Everything was well organized, with a calm, cozy atmosphere and a safe, welcoming feel. A lovely place to unwind and spend quality time together. I'd gladly visit again.

Villa Nina was a fun, hassle-free stay for our group, and we'd happily return. It's close to Anjuna beach, cafés, and nightlife, while still being peaceful enough to relax. The staff and management were polite, responsive, and very helpful throughout. The villa was roomy and well maintained, just like the pictures, and the clean, comfortable rooms suited our group well.

It was okay for a short stay, but I didn't find the place especially cozy or appealing, particularly in damp weather. I was there in September, which isn't especially rainy for Goa, yet the property felt cold and wet. Moisture lingered on the floors and walls. The design seemed unfinished, and the aesthetic touches didn't quite bring the atmosphere together. The property is made up of several small villas, each with one room, one bed, and one bathroom. The entrance and the narrow lanes between them felt cramped and a bit haphazard.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the spacious villa was well maintained and looked just like its pictures. We had a great group stay at Villa Nina in Anjuna, Goa. The location was a big plus, close to Anjuna beach.

The pool is nice, and there's a temple beside the villa. That's about all I can praise. Service was poor, and the bathroom toilet seat was old and didn't fit properly. We ended up cleaning the common area ourselves most of the time, even though there was a house help who was usually absent.
