Treebo Galaxy Rooms

The location was isolated in an industrial area, and the place marked on the map was some distance from the hotel. Inside, our room smelled bad and looked as if it hadn’t been dusted in months. It was tiny for what they charged, the floor was very dirty, and we were given used bathroom slippers. The amenities were pathetic. I wouldn’t recommend it at that price, since there are much better hotels for the same cost.

The online photos showed something quite different from the rooms we got. The room had no kettle, and neither the air conditioner nor the fan worked. The fan was filthy, and the bedsheet hadn’t been cleaned. I raised the AC and other problems five or six times, but the staff didn’t respond properly. When I asked the next night to change rooms, they argued with me. After about 20 minutes of arguing, the night staff member gave me another room. Breakfast was okay, but far too expensive for what felt like a five-star hotel price. They also took the breakfast payment through someone else’s account, not the hotel’s. I wouldn’t recommend this place and hope to avoid hotels like it in future. Three stars for service only because of that night staff member.

The breakfast tasted great, but it came VERY VERY VERY VERY late. Starting corporate breakfast at 8:30 is too late. Housekeeping could also do better: cups and glasses weren’t washed or replaced, and towels weren’t changed daily. The room itself was cleaned every day, with no issue there. Everything else was fantastic. I’m giving three stars for the service, and those are the reasons it’s not four.

We had a really bad stay. They hadn’t changed the sheets, pillowcases, or quilt cover after the previous checkout, and the bathroom and floor were very dirty. The AC didn’t work either. The staff weren’t supportive or cooperative. I’d suggest choosing somewhere else.
