The room was cramped, and the bedsheets and blankets hadn't been washed. The hotel isn't good at all. They pressure guests to give five stars on booking apps, so don't be taken in by those ratings. I'm trying to change my review on MakeMyTrip, but that's proving difficult too since the app doesn't let me do it directly.

Staff took a long time to respond, and the rooms were dirty with poor hygiene. I wasn't satisfied. The price felt far too high for the quality and service.

Rahul, the manager, was very cooperative and helpful. I booked a Deluxe Queen Room through Mmt and found the room good. Shakurpur Metro is only about 1 km away, so the location is quite decent.

The staff were unprofessional, and the rooms were dirty and damp. The bathrooms weren't clean and smelled awful. The sheets and blankets looked like they had never been washed, and they couldn't even provide a packed water bottle. They pressured me to give them a five-star rating, though this place doesn't deserve a single star. The worst hotel I've ever booked, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hospitality was pleasant, and the hotel has great amenities. The staff were professional, very polite, and clearly knew their duties well. One of the best hotels, and suitable for longer stays too.
