I came to stay here for a function elsewhere, but the management was awful. They opened my room without my consent while I still had the keys, then moved my luggage to another room. When I unlocked the room, I was shocked to find someone else sleeping in the bedroom. The door lock didn't work, and the blanket was filthy. Avoid this hotel.

This is an average hotel for the area, and I wouldn't consider it suitable for families. The towels weren't fresh or clean, and the bedsheet and rajai cover were dirty. When I asked for replacements, they showed me more dirty ones and said they were all the same.

The receptionist behaved badly during check-in and didn't know how to treat someone arriving with family from another city. Although the hotel has parking inside, they wouldn't let me park there overnight. I had to wait half an hour for a space outside, which delayed my business meetings. It was an awkward experience.

The food was poor, and it arrived very late. The room smelled bad, and so did the dirty bedsheet. The towel I asked for was really dirty too. Don't visit, I can't recommend this place. It was a waste of money.
