The room had a lot of bedbugs, and the sheets were unclean or hadn’t been washed. I had the worst experience here and wouldn’t waste my money on a stay. The issue should be reported to local health authorities or the hotel’s corporate office, so steps can be taken to address it and keep it from happening to other guests. In future, research the hotel’s reputation and read other guests’ reviews before booking, to avoid an unpleasant experience like this.

The rooms were clean, the food was okay, and the staff were courteous and good. For the price I paid, I had a good stay at this OYO. The rooms and toilets are quite small, though, and mosquitoes were the main problem. I think the hotel really should have provided a coil.

I paid in full, but after checking in I lasted only five minutes before throwing the key at the receptionist and leaving for another hotel. The room was filthy, there were fresh stains on the bedsheet, and the staff were extremely unprofessional and uncooperative. I got no refund, but I’m glad I didn’t stay. It’s on a construction site in a building that also has a warehouse and offices, and it didn’t feel safe. The young people at reception seemed completely untrained and unfit for customer-facing hotel roles. The building or hotel owner must be a politician, or running this business just for show.

We stayed four nights and room cleaning happened only once. The elevators were noisy, room service took a very long time, and the reception desk was uncooperative. Some staff were friendly, but they need to work faster and better. The response from the hotel staff was very disappointing.
