The starters are good, though the biryani here isn’t spicy at all. There are a lot of VAT and service charges, so takeaway may be preferable. Free delivery is available for orders above about 300 bucks within roughly 3-4 km. It’s a nice spot to hang out with friends or family, but there’s plenty to improve, and they should take feedback on board.

The staff were good, but I ran into several hygiene problems during my 9-day stay. My bedsheet and bath towel were never changed or cleaned, and housekeeping only happened when I asked. Even after housekeeping, the toilet wasn’t clean. Room service was also very slow. The food wasn’t very good either. I ordered veg biryani once and found chicken pieces in it, so I’d advise vegetarians not to eat there. Those were some of the issues I experienced, though otherwise the hotel is good. ;)

The food was just okay, and service dragged because other functions seemed to be going on. The waiters didn’t understand the local language. When I politely raised how dirty the washrooms were during a weekend visit with my family, the staff didn’t seem to care. The washrooms were awful, worse than public toilets these days. I wouldn’t choose this restaurant if you want to avoid spoiling your weekend.

A good budget-friendly spot for lunch or dinner with family, with a pleasant atmosphere and usually great service. The bathrooms are nice too. The lighting can be too dim sometimes, though, and wheelchair access isn’t available. They should provide access to the elevator.
