Hotel Sahasra Residency

The bedsheets had been used by someone, and the room hadn't been cleaned. When we told the reception guy, he wouldn't help. A bulb kept flashing, so we changed it ourselves because they wouldn't replace it. We paid extra beyond the Agoda payment after being asked forcefully, and he behaved aggressively when we questioned the charge. We had a terrible experience at sahasra residency. The staff were rude, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because of their destructive behavior against public.

I complained as soon as I arrived, but management took no action, followed up with nothing, and showed no concern. The room was unclean, messy, and untidy, with insects everywhere. Guests' comfort and hygiene seemed to matter very little to them. Basic cleanliness and customer service are minimum expectations, and this place falls badly short on both. I'd strongly advise others to avoid it unless they're ready to deal with poor hygiene and careless management.

The location is the only good thing here. Our room was very small and couldn't comfortably fit three beds. Cockroaches were all over it, even on the beds, which made the stay very unpleasant. The bathroom and toilet were combined in an extremely cramped space, with hardly room to bathe properly. There wasn't even a chair or other basic convenience. Room service was practically absent, so for drinking water we had to go down to the ground floor. The overall experience was pathetic, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We booked 3 tripple bed rooms, and this is what our family faced. The rooms were filthy, cramped, and poorly maintained, with barely enough space to walk to the washroom even in a triple-bed room. The staff were rude and careless. They left scooters parked across the parking area, locked them, and ignored requests to move them. They turn off the lift at night, saying it's under repair, but it works again the next morning without any fixes. My 79-year-old grandmother had to climb the stairs, which was heartbreaking and unacceptable. Hot water is available only for a few hours in the morning, then they turn it off to save costs. Complaints get rude replies, as if they're doing you a favor. There's no hospitality, cleanliness, or respect for guests here. If you're travelling with family, keep out. Strongly not recommended.
