Requests were dealt with quickly, and the rooms were well kept. The place had a pleasant feel, the staff were welcoming, and both cleanliness and service were excellent. It made for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

The nearby area has no stores or places to eat. Inside, the floors were sticky and smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the toilets weren't hygienic. Don't trust the in-room photos, these are the actual rooms I showed. They turned an extra-large single cot into a double, but there isn't enough room for two. Definitely not suitable for families.

A really nice place to stay. It's clean, and the staff respond on time.

We recently planned to stay for two days, but even two hours felt impossible. The power kept cutting out, the restroom taps had been repaired, and the room was unhygienic. A waste of money.

The staff greeted me warmly as soon as I walked into the lobby. I recently stayed at Tranquil Haven Hotel for a weekend getaway, and their attentive, welcoming hospitality exceeded my expectations.
