OYO Flagship 76629 Bimla Regency

The rooms smelled a bit, the lights weren't all working, and the doormat was full of dust. The washrooms were just okay. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty; after I complained, they changed the pillowcases but left the sheet as it was. We needed to leave early for work, but the gate was locked. The service boy didn't answer even after 30 calls, and no one responded when we knocked on the manager's room several times. Someone finally opened the gate after 40 minutes, so we were late for work. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The manager wasn't cooperative. He insisted I leave by 11 AM, and when I asked for two extra hours, he refused and demanded 70% of the room rent. That's outrageous. The bedsheets and pillowcases were unacceptable, and there were no complimentary water bottles. You also can't leave between 10 PM and 7 AM because the main door is locked, so checking in after 10 PM isn't possible either. This place is more like a hostel. I wouldn't recommend it. Save your money and avoid OYO as much as possible.

This was my second stay at this OYO, and I'm very satisfied with the hospitality. The location is also in a prime spot. Everything was fine.

There was no help from staff, no room service, and the telephone service was disabled. The room was filthy, with spiderwebs all over, and the bathroom smelled bad and was unhygienic. The bed was basically just springs, so sleeping was difficult, and my back still hurts. Don't stay here.
