The local tour was a lovely part of our stay. We saw wildlife in its natural surroundings, met a family who showed us traditional weaving, and stopped at a textile centre. That last stop felt like a typical tourist visit and less connected to the local community, though it was still an interesting look at the region's wider craft traditions. Back at Pukhraj Garh, the calm atmosphere and connection to nature and local culture stood out. We explored nearby villages, had chai under the stars, and relaxed in the courtyard. The hosts were kind and made it clear they cared about us. The home-cooked meals had plenty of local flavor, too. The property is beautiful, with traditional architecture alongside modern comfort, and peaceful desert scenery that turns golden at sunset. From the moment we arrived, the warmth made it feel like we'd stepped into another world. We left with full hearts and memories we'll cherish. For us, Pukhraj Garh was more than a place to stay; its simplicity and heartfelt hospitality made it an experience.

It's about a 30 minute drive from the main city, but worth going out there. The hosts even let us use the rooftop for sunset, which was totally worth it, and the huge pool was a great spot to enjoy in the evening. Most of all, this family-run stay felt like being with family. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the home-cooked food was really comforting. I'd highly recommend it for couples, families, or friends after a fun, authentic, relaxing stay in Jodhpur.

The village safari that Mr. Omprakash Prajapati arranged was a memorable way to see local culture and daily life. Mr. Shambhu Ram Prajapati took wonderful care of us and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The whole Prajapati family was warm and sincere, and it felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. The meals were traditional, delicious, and unforgettable, with authentic Rajasthani flavors. Mrs. Dariya Prajapati and Mrs. Sumitra prepared every dish beautifully. From the moment we arrived at Pukhraj Garh, Jodhpur, the hospitality made us feel at home. It was a wonderful stay and a lovely cultural experience. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace, authenticity, and genuine hospitality.

A peaceful, beautiful heritage homestay away from city life, with great hospitality from the whole family. They arranged a village safari to see local artisans using traditional methods for pottery, rug weaving, and hand block printing. We spotted endangered wildlife, including Blackbuck, Desert Gazzele, and Bluebull, as well as migratory birds. There were also Rajasthani traditional costume dress-up activities for couples and mehendi for ladies. They served traditional Rajasthani home-cooked food, and the experience was enjoyable for the kids.
