The food has always been good here, especially the local dishes like bhakri and Bharlela vanga, and they adjust it to your preferences. Staff are accommodating, check-in is quick, and service is prompt. If something isn't right, they replace it quickly. Hotel Greenfield has felt like an extended family to me. I've stayed here for the Satara Hill Marathon for 13 years, as well as on leisure trips, and have so many good memories of the place. I feel at ease on the property and always look forward to coming back.

I stayed for several days, and it felt too expensive for what was offered. At those rates I'd expect a more luxurious stay. The staff attitude was average, facilities were poor, and the rooms weren't much of a deal. Cleanliness was okay. I wouldn't recommend staying here for a longer period.

The bathroom water smelled awful, and the geyser didn't work, so I couldn't even take a proper shower. The rooms were filthy, hygiene was nonexistent, and service was pathetic. I wasn't given even a glass of water at check-in, despite paying the full amount upfront. They offered a bottle when I was leaving, which was far too late. Hotel Green Field in Satara charges high rates but gives no value or basic hospitality. It felt like a money-making trap with no concern for guests' comfort. One of my worst hotel stays. Never again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
