Hotel Nandi

We had a very bad stay. The room was full of cockcroach, the bedsheet was torned, and the Room Ac remote didn't work. There was no room service. My father has osteoarthritis and walks with a stick, but the hotel lift wasn't working that day, so he had to go downstairs for food. We asked several times to have food brought to the room, but nobody listened.

Breakfast was included, but it was cold, badly presented, and inedible, and the dining area was messy. For what we paid, we expected basic cleanliness and decent service, and got neither. The staff seemed uninterested when we asked to change rooms. They said the hotel was fully booked, although it looked half empty. Our room was dirty on arrival, with stained sheets, dusty furniture, and a strange smell that never went away. The bathroom was worse, with mold around the shower and weak water pressure. The air conditioning hardly worked, which made the stay uncomfortable. I rarely leave a negative review, but this was extremely disappointing. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. There are much better options nearby.

The price doesn't feel justified. After room service, the door was left open while we were out all day, and we only noticed when we came back at the end of the day. Reception staff were arrogant and offered no support. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The only real plus is how close it is to the holy temple. The location is excellent, but the reception staff seemed uninterested, and the staff felt cold overall. Hospitality was lacking, and it's definitely overpriced.
