The area around Hotel Atit Villa was a major concern for us. It's close to a noisy, chaotic bus station, and the nearby bars and alcohol shops made the surroundings feel less safe for families. The road outside also seemed poorly maintained, which affected access and the impression of the area. The accommodation and service were fairly ordinary, without anything notable. If peace, well-kept surroundings, and a family-friendly atmosphere matter to you, you may want to consider somewhere else.
