After travelling all the way from Mumbai, we arrived late at night and were told couples weren't allowed. We'd booked a room in advance, but that restriction had never been mentioned during booking. Being turned away in an unfamiliar place at that hour was extremely stressful and inconvenient, ruined our plans, and left us scrambling to find another stay. Very disappointing, unprofessional, and poorly managed. I wouldn't recommend it. If you're considering booking, confirm the policies first.

The room was very dirty, the lift wasn't working, and our room was on the 2nd floor. We booked a 4 bed room, but because the AC wasn't working they gave us a 3 bed room instead. With 5 of us, including 2 kids, it was very difficult to manage. I don't recommend this hotel, especially for women.

We booked online, but the MMT reviews gave a very different impression from the place we found. It felt like an ordinary lodge, with dusty, unclean rooms that smelled bad. There was no room service, and I couldn't find anything good about the stay 😃

The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the hotel staff were really good. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Ujjain.

A really awful place. Don’t trust the room photos when booking, since they haven’t updated them to show how it looks now 😕 The profile should tell you what to expect.
