I stayed here with my family. It felt safe, but there was no service to speak of. The same man seemed to be both the proprietor and the person handling service. The hotel is a long way from Mahakal Temple.

No cleanliness, and poor service all around. The phone in the room didn’t work, and when I asked, they said it wouldn’t work. I requested three towels but got only two, with a “make do” response. They wanted payment in advance, yet didn’t even provide water when we entered the room. Worthless.

The staff were very helpful, but the room wasn’t clean at all. During covid, the sheets, pillow covers, and blankets hadn’t been washed, the towels were really dirty, and the room didn’t seem sanitized. They also didn’t provide drinking water bottles.

I had a terrible stay. The room and bedding were dirty, and the toilet was filthy. There were red tmbakhu stains all over the basin and w.c., and the room and bathroom smelled bad. The room phone didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs to the counter whenever I needed something.

The owner was good, but the attendant boy was rude, and the bedsheets weren’t clean. They need to take the current covid situation and cleanliness more seriously. Don’t rely on their promises. Families should avoid this hotel.
