Hotel Kgc Celebrations

The scenery was lovely when I visited Ujjain over Christmas, but the stay didn’t feel worth the price. It was quite expensive during peak season, and there were no complimentary meals. The room was spacious, though a wall had seepage, and cleanliness was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed for days. I hope the owner pays more attention to hygiene and basic facilities, since those matter most to travelers.

The room was just OK, with no amenities, but the hotel charged a lot for one night despite the poor service. I had to call three times for even a small request, and the sheets and pillows were dirty. There was no courtesy at the front desk, and after taking the money, they didn’t seem to care about anything.

KGC Hotel, Ujjain made for a memorable stay, and I’d gladly return. The restaurant food was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented, with plenty of choices at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is also close to Mahakaleshwar Temple and other major attractions, and they arranged a cab for our temple visit, which was handy. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a cozy bed. The Wi-Fi, AC, and room service all worked perfectly. Staff were welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. A great fit for pilgrimage, business, or a vacation.

A neat, clean place for parties and functions like engagements or weddings. Service is good, though food isn’t served in-house, so visitors can bring it from outside. The garden parking only fits a few vehicles, but visitors can park along the byline too.
