The service guy was quite good, but the room had too many problems. The AC, fan speed regulator, water geiser, and TV weren’t working. There was no dining available, the bedsheets were old, and the blankets were torn.

I’ve never booked such a bad room for this price. When I asked for a clean one, the staff said I’d booked at a very low price and otherwise would have got an even worse room. The AC didn’t work and there wasn’t a TV at all. I didn’t expect this kind of hospitality in a city people visit with sincere devotion to God.

The service was so bad I’d give the room a -1 if that were an option. They clearly don’t know what service means. Please hire someone with a hotel management degree, because this was a huge disappointment.

Froud. After they allocated our rooms, we went to visit mahakal temple. While we were away, they gave those rooms to other customers, who used our trawel kit. 😂

The rooms were filthy and unprofessional, with molds everywhere, and the blankets were in very bad condition. Even the chai was average. I had a terrible experience and wouldn’t stay here.
