Hotel Krishna Palace

The room and bathroom were very dirty and damp, with a bad smell. There wasn't even a lock on the room door from the inside.

At checkout, the receptionist asked to use our phone and gave himself a rating. The stay was poor, and the real rooms looked nothing like the photos on Oyo or other booking sites. The bathroom was unhygienic and badly maintained.

The place didn't feel safe for a family, and there's no hot water, elevator, or room service. The walls were leaking, with trash all over and rooms left unclean. Sheets didn't seem to get changed, and the toilets were so disgusting I felt like vomiting. I was so fed up that I asked the receptionist, who seemed to be the only person working there, to clean the toilet. Oyo has let me down badly. Those good 4-5 star Google ratings seem completely fake. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

The washroom was in a terrible state, and the room felt damp with paint peeling off the walls. What I saw was very different from the images on makemytrip. It felt like a health hazard. I'm now doubtful about makemytrip too, including how this place got listed. I would never book a hotel managed by OYO again.
