Mr. Yash bendwal was especially polite and helpful as manager, and gave us guidance about the city. The service was super fast, the rooms were clean and neat, and the location is prime with everything close by. It's a new property with new rooms and good hygiene. Our experience was top notch, thanks for the great service.

We felt unsafe for nearly the whole day, and it became one of our worst travel experiences. We booked this hotel after reading positive reviews, then on our second day in Ujjain arranged a cab through the hotel for Omkareshwar. They charged ₹3800 and assigned a car and driver for the following day. The cab was in a terrible state, its AC did not work during peak May heat on a trip of more than six hours, and we started feeling sick from the heat and the vehicle's condition. The driver was speeding constantly, honking for no reason and driving so rashly that other drivers looked at him. We were two women alone in a different city on an isolated highway, so rather than argue, we repeatedly and politely asked him to slow down and drive safely since we weren't in a hurry. He kept taking phone calls and even video calls while driving. When we asked him to fix the AC, he said it wasn't his car and nothing could be done. The night return was even scarier. He seemed sleepy and possibly intoxicated. Near Indore, he spent 10-15 minutes trying to reach his wife so she could meet him with ₹40 for gutkha. When she refused, he asked us for the money. We first said no, but then he told us, “Aapki safety ke liye bol raha hu, warna mujhe bina gutkhe ke neend aa jayegi.” It was around 11 pm, we were alone in an unfamiliar city and just wanted to get back safely, so we gave him the money out of fear. He continued speeding and overtaking dangerously, and made unsettling comments such as “Meri yaha ladai ho jaaye to 100-150 ladke mere aa jayenge.” Since the hotel arranged the cab directly, it can't avoid responsibility for this. When we reported what happened, staff casually called it the “first case,” and one staff member admitted they didn't know the driver because the driver had been changed at the last moment. This carelessness about guest safety is unacceptable, especially for women traveling alone.

We stayed for two nights and three days, and it was excellent. The rooms were clean and hygienic, room service arrived on time, and the food was good. Staff were polite and accommodating, and the hotel is close to the sightseeing spots. I'd recommend it, 10/10.

The neighbourhood was the best part for me, a well developed area with plenty of places for an evening stroll. As a solo traveller, I stayed from 17 February 2026 to 20 February 2026 and found the hotel perfect in every way. The rooms were affordable, and the friendly staff also shared tips for getting the best quality darshan.
