Checkout was especially frustrating because the staff tried to charge extra without a valid reason. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by letting us stay. The staff were extremely rude and uncooperative, and the bathroom was filthy and unhygienic. The online photos were totally misleading and showed something much nicer than reality. The dirty bucket and mug were in a washroom that wasn’t maintained at all. Towels and soap appeared in the pictures, but none were provided. Very poor service. Definitely not recommended!

The service was very poor. There was one more service they provided, late check-in and early checkout. We checked in at 11am in the morning and checked out ate 6am in the early morning. The bathroom was filthy and unhygienic, and the online photos were totally misleading. The bucket and mug were dirty, and the washroom wasn’t maintained at all. Towels and soap were shown in the pictures, but nothing was provided.

The peaceful atmosphere and clean room made for a comfortable stay. Hotel Nakshatra INN is also conveniently located and good value for the price. I'd happily recommend it.

Friendly staff and a clean room made it easy to settle in. It's in a good spot, too, and the hospitality was excellent. A lovely choice for a comfortable stay.
