Playotel Premier Ujjain

The hotel is some distance from Mahakaleshwar temple, which I liked since the area closer to it would otherwise get very congested. Parking is available here, unlike at hotels near the temple that direct you to City parking premises. The rooms, food, and location were very good, and the staff were polite and keen to help. They even followed my customized instructions for food for my 11-month-old baby.

The rooms felt spacious and luxurious, and the property was clean and well looked after. Staff were helpful and polite, which made the stay comfortable. I had a great time at this Ujjain hotel and would recommend it to others visiting.

On the Ujjain-Indore main road, the hotel has plenty of parking and offers both regular rooms and suites. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean. Food quality was the best, and the staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

My family and I stayed at Playotel Premier, Ujjain in Room PLAY DELUXE/2004. During the night, a faulty door or an accident crushed my hand badly, and it bled heavily. I handled the injury myself rather than trouble staff in the middle of the night, and some blood got on the bedsheet. At checkout the next morning, the staff showed no concern for my injury or medical needs. They were rude and demanded payment for the stained linen, making us pay ₹1,000 for what they called “bedsheet damage” (Order No: 33327877). I was shocked by the lack of empathy and basic humanity from management. This hotel seemed to care only about money, not guest safety or hospitality. I strongly recommend avoiding Playotel Premier in Ujjain for your own safety and peace of mind.
