Hotel Mittal Paradise

The food tasted stale, and the service at my sister’s wedding was slow and disorganized. We expected proper management and a good experience for such an important family event, but got the opposite. I’d advise people considering this place for a wedding or even dining to think again. We coordinated the food and arrangements with Darshan, the hotel manager. The staff serving food weren’t dressed properly, and we had to keep calling them for basic help. The hotel staff seemed untrained and uninterested in helping guests. We had also booked the decorator named Sparsh, but the decoration was poorly done despite the significant charge. The stage looked very unprofessional, with visible tape and several elements that appeared broken. When we raised these problems, no one seemed interested in fixing them. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for weddings, events, or dining.

The family room smelled strongly and unpleasantly when we walked in. For a hotel charging a high room rate, that was a terrible first impression. During my two-night, three-day stay, missing basics and poor service made the price feel completely unjustified. There was no kettle, no TV or AC remotes, and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. These are basic requirements. We had to request things repeatedly before staff acted, which suggests there was no proper room check before check-in. The reception team seemed indifferent and casual, with little urgency or accountability. It strongly seemed the hotel gave priority to large events or group stays. As an individual family, we felt ignored unless we kept following up. What should have been a comfortable family stay became frustrating because of poor management and a lack of basic service standards. I don’t recommend it for families, and I won’t return.

We had a really great stay at Mittal Avenue, and they even adjusted the checkout time when we got up late. The restaurant staff, Miss Pooja and Miss Kumkum, were very helpful, and the food was delicious. The location, rooms, and service were all great. Our room was clean, well maintained, and the environment felt completely hygienic. I’ll definitely visit again. Thank you!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family stay. The pool was dirty and unhygienic, and they charged for food for our four-year-old, even though kids are usually free at hotels. The location and rooms were good, but the service was pathetic. A few staff were very friendly, while most were unfriendly and didn’t seem to care about children. After checkout, the administration wouldn’t let us use a room for 15-20 minutes so the ladies could change clothes. The women travelling with us had to change in the washrooms.
