Everything felt easy and comfortable during my recent stay. Khushboo Jaat and Baskaniya at reception were especially warm and welcoming. It was a simple, pleasant, stress-free experience, and I really appreciated the hospitality. I’d definitely like to visit again soon.

Our Narmada Parikrama tour bookings with Kiwi Inn were hassle-free compared with the other hotels we booked. Khushbu, Baskanya, Rakesh and Suneel at Kiwi Inn, Ujjain were friendly and very supportive. Khushbu especially carried luggage without hesitation, which impressed me regardless of her job position. As a tourism company, Aaditri Tourism, Pune, we highly recommend the hotel and hope the chain opens hotels in other cities in MP too. We hope to do good business with Kiwi Inn in future.

The rooms are dirty and the water is bad. On top of that, they grab your phone and give themselves a 5-star review on booking apps, so the hotel shows up near the top of the ratings everywhere. Be aware, don’t book this hotel at all. There are better options available.

The area is very nice and the hotel is clean and easy to reach. The staff are attentive and friendly, especially Khushbo and Ajay, who are the best. A very nice experience overall.
