The room was dusty and stank, with dirty pillow covers, bed covers, and blankets. There were spider webs everywhere, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and the lights didn't work. The rooms were in terrible condition and cost far too much for this kind of 3 rd class place. At night there were lots of disturbances, and girls may not feel safe there. The auto driver refused to take us to another hotel and tried to talk us into staying here. Drivers may say other places have no rooms or charge too much, but the reviewer says you can get a much better room for this price. They say drivers work on commission, lure passengers in, and advise avoiding hotels the drivers pick. Their suggestion is to pre book after checking reviews and not listen to those auto drivers.

There was no room service, and they said they didn't keep basics like soap or water when I asked. The bedding, fans, washroom, bed, and room were dirty. The washroom was so tiny it was hard to get in, and its door handle didn't work properly. The TV was also not working; there was no laundry service and no pool. I spent just one night there, and it was a very disturbing, bad night. The whole hotel felt about as big as my car. Next time I'd rather stay in my car. This was the worst hotel experience of my life, and I'd rate it below zero. I wouldn't recommend it.

I stayed two nights with family, and the room quality was very poor. The lock handle was broken, so we couldn't lock the door, and water didn't come through the washbasin. There was no hot water in winter and no room service at all. The fans and lights were dusty, and the mirror was unclear. It felt like wasted money with no service satisfaction.

I booked through Booking.com and paid 1200/night for 2 nights for Bhasmarti. The room was too small, not very clean, and the AC didn't work consistently. The photos on booking dot com looked quite different from the actual room. Please don't book hotels based on fancy images, since almost all hotels have small, dirty rooms.
