The owner was gentle, and the rooms were in good condition. It’s right on the bank of Kshipra River, with budget-friendly rates that a middle-class family can afford: 2 beds and 2 mattresses cost 1000 Rs, or 2 beds cost 800 Rs. The rent covers 24 hours.

The room is good for a stay, and the location is the best part. It’s right beside ram ghat and harsiddhi mata mandir, both no more than a 2-minute walk away.

The amenities didn’t quite meet expectations, but for a budget price this is a great place to stay. From the window, you get a mesmerizing view of Ram ghats shipra aarti, and there’s also a terrace view of Shipra river and Ramghat.

The rooms were unclean, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures. After we arrived, the owner said no room was available, argued with us, and was disrespectful. They even asked us to cancel despite our having booked in advance and paid a deposit. The people were disrespectful and the environment unhygienic. This was the worst experience of my life. Please maintain your sanity and don't ever visit this home stay.

Hotel Kailash Kuti is right near Ramghat, and the location is excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and a great experience. I’d highly recommend it.
