Hotel Akaay

The staff were kind, helpful, and available at any hour. They even arranged transport at an odd time so we could attend the Bhasma Aarti at Mahakaleshwar Temple. That made our girls’ trip feel extra special. At Akaay Hotel, the spacious rooms were clean and well kept, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout. One of the best places I've stayed in Ujjain, especially for travellers wanting a secure, peaceful stay. Highly recommend it.

Hotel Akaay was a delightful surprise in Ujjain. Getting there was easy, and the location worked well for Mahakal Darshan or even a short business trip. After a long day travelling or visiting temples, the soft beds, quiet surroundings, clean and well-kept rooms, and basic amenities made it easy to relax. The staff were smiling, polite, and helpful, with a personal touch that made us feel cared for. It offers good value, and I'd happily recommend it and return.

The location worked really well, on the main road with public transport easy to find. Mahakal Mandir and other amenities were just 10-15 minutes away. There was a peaceful atmosphere, and separate parking for our cars felt safe. My family and I had a great stay at Hotel Akaay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the service and food were excellent, including the restaurant they recently opened. Mr Vikas and the other staff were humble, cooperative, and ready to help. 10/10 from me.

Auto and cab rides were easy to find near the hotel, and the peaceful stay with Wi-Fi and clean rooms felt like good value. We found the staff friendly and helpful whenever we needed them, which kept things smooth for my family. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, with a hygienic, nicely designed bathroom and all the essentials provided. Hotel Akaay's convenient location also made getting to Mahakaleshwar Temple easy.
