Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the location is reasonably convenient for pilgrims, about a 10-minute drive from the temple. The suite was large and comfortable, with plenty of living space. The bathroom, though, needs modernization: the doors were noisy, the taps and shower felt outdated, and there was no hot water. Meals were a mixed bag. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant were excellent, tasty, and served very quickly. Breakfast was poor and mismanaged, with a limited spread, slow service, and quality that didn't justify the tariff. Staff stayed polite and cordial throughout. The property feels a little expensive for what it offers. That seems to be because there are limited quality hotel options in the area, rather than any extra value here. The stay was comfortable, but the bathroom and breakfast need improvement to make the pricing feel justified.

At Hotel Abika Elite, Mr. Ravi Sen made a lasting impression on me. He handled hotel questions, local guidance, and our requests warmly and professionally, from check-in through departure. His calm, sincere manner and genuine concern for guests’ comfort go well beyond simply doing the job. I can see him building trust in a leadership role, and staff like him are valuable ambassadors for the hotel. I hope he gets the recognition and opportunities his dedication deserves. Ravi Sen is especially cooperative and works hard with honesty to make sure guests are comfortable. The restaurant food is very good, and the location is convenient. I always have a good stay here when visiting for mahakaal darshan.

Our booking was for the 29th to the 30th, but a last-minute change meant we needed a room from around 1 at night on the 28th. The hotel wanted 12k for the same room that costs 7.5k. We went to nirvana boutique instead, which was cheaper, more beautiful, and had good service. I regretted leaving it for this place. The reception was rude and disrespectful, especially because we had paid in advance. The hotel is on an under-construction road, much farther from the city's main centres. Our room felt old, and the washroom was suffocating. For 7.5k, the dental kit and body wash were also below par. The reception and experience were poor for such a high price. 0/10, I wouldn't recommend it.
